Requirements:
- Drivers Licence and your own car
- Valid NMC Pin
- Hospital or Community experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide all patient care in a manner that reflects respect for patient rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs.
- Act in a professional manner, promoting care which aligns with NMC standards.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently and work under pressure
This Community Nursing role will involve you heading to your assigned base at the beginning of your shift to collect your patient list, and then heading off to visit patients in their homes.
