Community Nursing

What is Community Nursing?

Community and district nurses provide high quality care in the community outside of a hospital environment. Nurses are usually based at patients’ homes, GP surgeries and residential care homes. Good listening skills and the ability to relate to people of all backgrounds is a key skill requirement for all community care nurses.

Our Community Care Nurses

We ensure that all of our Community Nurses have a passion for care and patience as this is essential for the patients who are quite often at home or in residential care homes. Experience in teaching and listening are also important qualities within this profession as the work includes educating others on the basics of healthcare.
We only send highly trained, clinical care agency nurses and support workers and caring healthcare professionals who are passionate about promoting the independence and dignity of patients in the comfort of either their own homes or residential care homes.
